I believe that people are complex and that it is important to understand how they interact within themselves and with the wider environment. I aim to understand how clients are impacted by various factors such as biological, psychological, social, cultural, and environmental. My aim is to build an understanding and collaborative relationship with my clients. I work from an integrative approach, and aim to tailor therapy to the needs of my clients by employing relevant and evidence-based approaches.
